A good stallion can improve on the mare and himself, in fact when studying a stallion's progeny you should be able to see the added qualities in his foals, however if you start with two good parents the resulting foal will almost always be superior.
 We look for mares with the pedigrees we want, that look like their pedigrees would suggest they should and that have the physical characteristics to be a good performance Arabian, displaying breed type and temperament.
